My name is Sarah. I am a software engineer, a small business owner, a VTuber fan, a tinkerer, a fan of strange gadgets, a patron of the arts, and a woman. In the past I have been a video creator, a comic book author, and an open source developer. I have also been known by another name and a couple of genders, but as of today, that is no more. Please refer to me exclusively as Sarah and refer to me as she or her.

This process has been going on for several years, and has involved some intense reflection within myself. I would like to use this as a reintroduction and abandon bad habits of the past. If we have fallen apart in recent years, feel free to reach out.

Will that mean I update my website more regularly? Almost certainly not! But you can find me on the same accounts on socials, with newly updated usernames. There will probably also be accounts on the Internet that take a while (or forever) to update properly. That’s just how it goes.

If you have written about my work or we have chatted on a podcast, you are encouraged to update old names where able, but I will in no way be upset if you don’t. And in general, while blatant disrespect is not acceptable, I am very tolerant of good-faith mistakes and slip-ups. We are all human.
